I’ve spent over two decades in leadership development, coaching, and talent strategy across Latin America and the Caribbean, advising C-level leaders in Fortune 500 companies. Sounds fancy? Maybe.

But my real superpower?

Helping leaders become deeply self-aware, recognize what’s holding them back, and step into their power with clarity and confidence.

I’m a Latina with a global vision—I love traveling, exploring new cultures, and learning from diverse perspectives.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Relations and an MBA in General Management—so yes, I understand both people and business.

I’m an Associated Certified Coach (ICF), Change Management Practitioner, and Ontological Coach.

I’m also a certified Yoga Instructor—because leading starts with taking care of yourself..

I do my work in English, Spanish, and Portuguese—so no excuses, we can connect in your language!

I believe in keeping my mind, emotions, and body strong, so I exercise, meditate, and listen to podcasts that nourish my soul and expand my thinking.

I love deep conversations, big laughs, and pushing women to own their power.
