Hello! I am Ivett Casanova, a Leadership Expert, Facilitator, Certified Leadership Coach, and Career Mentor, committed to empowering my clients by helping them tap into their inner selves, fostering greater self-awareness and self-acceptance.

My mission is to enhance their success and confidence as authentic leaders, leading their teams with an inclusive mindset to deliver extraordinary results. I work in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.

My career spans over two decades in corporate life as a Human Resources Executive for Latin America and the Caribbean across diverse Fortune 500 companies. I have garnered extensive experience supporting and advising C-level and Senior leaders in developing talent strategies that optimize business outcomes.

My academic qualifications include a degree in Industrial Relations and an MBA in General Management, complemented by my certification as an Associated Certified Coach by ICF, as well as credentials in Change Management, Therapeutical & Restorative Yoga, and Ontological Coaching.

My passion for growth extends beyond my professional life, as I love to enjoy engaging in activities like working out, practicing yoga, meditating, traveling, reading, and pursuing hobbies that nurture my self-awareness and personal development.
